You’re About to Discover That Some Urban Legends Are Real…

I’ve talked about it before, but I’ll repeat it for anyone who missed out: I love urban legends.

Not just the classics that everyone’s heard. But the esoteric ones.

The ones that mutate from local news and whispers to become a living thing in and of itself. Growing through generations, adapting with every retelling, and bringing old fears to new ears.

I just love ‘em. And I often wonder what it would be like to be told from birth that home-grown monsters lurking in the dark are just another fact of life.

Undeniably, the myth of the infamous Bell Witch had a significant influence on The Harvest. Of course, it did. That case still stands as one of the most documented instances of poltergeist activity in history.

Legend has it, a U.S. president even had a brush with the Bell Witch… and ran!

Remarkably, this is also one of a few legends where the monster didn’t care whether the whole world knew it existed.

The Harvest is my homage to two great loves of my life: A town trapped within the influence of the monster they helped create, and a witch who knew she was strong enough to survive exposure.

Come along for a walk in the woods you won’t soon forget.

The Harvest is now available on Amazon.

See you in the shadows,

Sara Clancy
